Item lost/delayed: What to do?
A: Contact me with your concern. Item sent via express post has tracking record so it can be tracked. If lost, then a complain will be lodged. In most case,
item delayed is due to public holiday or festive season.

Receive incorrect order
A: If by my mistake, a replacement will be done.

Satisfaction guarantee?
A: Personalised items: Return accepted within 14 days after item received. Item must be in unused condition. Buyer pays for returned item. Refund
given to product cost only.
Please note this is not a quibble guarantee but to be fair. When you buy item from Myer or David Jones and need to return and get a refund, you will have
to go there(at your cost) to get your money back.
A. Embroidery designs: Due to copyright, return is not accepted. But happy to send a couple of designs for you to try before buy.

Customised design
A: Please email graphic which can be in .wmf, bmp, jpeg and gif formats, then inform how much detail to be done including finished size, number of
thread colours. There is no 'set up' fee for customised designs.

Colour on actual product and sample may be different due to different monitor settings. Fabrics used on appliqué design are seasonal and may vary. No
responsible when items lost/delay as a result of mishandling by third party, given wrong address or given wrong spelling by customer. All prices are
subject to change without prior notification.

B. Machine Embroidery Design
Unless advise, PES and JEF formats will be sent to paypal email within 24 hours. Customer is responsible to provide supportive machine
format and how to transfer into his/her machine. Due to copyright reason, all design sales are final.
